1) Dona Paula Beach

The main attraction of this basilica is the body of St. Francis Xavier, which lies in the glass mausoleum since 1622. The body is the main attraction for which many tourists come to this place.

3) Palolem Beach

With its party vibes and cool natural colors, this beach is one of the most popular in all of Goa. It is situated in south Goa and is only a mile long. Water activities like kayaking and boating on the southern side while for strolling and relaxing, the northern side of the beach is preferable.

4) Ashvem Beach

Sandwiched between Mandrem and Morijim beaches, this beach got its popularity because of its clean white sand and palm trees lining up throughout the area. It also has many secluded spots where you can enjoy solitude and calm sea breeze.

5) Galgibaga Beach

Known for: Turtle nesting-grounds; Fishing Villages

Located in Canacona, water sports are not allowed on this beach; you will find this beach serene and calm. Moreover, the beach is a nesting ground for Olive Ridley Turtles.

By Airways- Goa International Airport in Dabolim and Mopa International airports are the nearest International airports. Bus and cabs are available for any tourist spot.

By railways- Madgaon and Vasco-da-Gama have the primary railway stations in Goa from where cabs and buses are readily available.

By roadways- All major cities in the West and South are well connected with Goa, and buses and taxis are available. Smooth Highways connect you to Goa from major cities like Mumbai and Pune, and if you are planning a road trip with friends, Goa should be your priority.
